Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your cable. If you are not, here is how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns

You can return an unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. This is on top of your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How to return

Email hello@evchargecable.co.uk with your order number to start a return and we'll send instructions. For change-of-mind returns you are responsible for the cost of return postage; please obtain proof of postage. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds cover the price of the goods; for change-of-mind returns the original outbound delivery cost is only refundable to the extent required by law.

Faulty or incorrect items

All our cables come with a 2-year warranty. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described, or not the item you ordered, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund and we will cover the return costs. Contact us and we'll put it right.

Exclusions

We cannot accept change-of-mind returns of items that have been used or are not in a resaleable condition (this does not affect your rights in respect of faulty goods).
